This policy explains what personal information TEOM ("we", "us") collects at teomcloud.com, why, and your choices. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to make the site work well for you and to let you sign in.

Information we collect
1. To make navigation better
- Preferences and app state stored in your browser (theme, sidebar state, saved filters, drafts, Etsy connection step). These stay on your device. See the Cookie Policy.
- Research you choose to save in the app (saved searches and results, tracked shops and keywords, snapshots), stored on our server so it's there next time.
2. To let you sign in
- Account data (when you have an account): your email address and a securely hashed password (never stored in plain text). Used only to sign you in, keep your account and manage your subscription.
3. When you contact us or use the Unsubscribe form
- Your email address, the request you choose (cancel subscription or delete account) and any message you add. Used only to handle your request.
4. Technical logs
- Like any website, our server records basic request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to keep the service secure and working. They are deleted after 10 days.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your personal information for money or for advertising.
- We don't use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We don't build marketing profiles about you.
Because we don't sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of; if you have questions about this, contact us.
Service providers
We use a few providers only to run the service: Etsy (marketplace data and, if you connect a shop, your listings), OpenAI (AI listing drafts; only the text needed for the request is sent), Google Fonts (your browser downloads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address), and our own server for hosting.
Do Not Track
Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" signal. Since we don't track you across sites, our behavior is the same whether or not that signal is set.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correction, export or deletion: email contact@teomcloud.com or use the Unsubscribe page to delete your account and all data linked to it. We respond within 30 days.
- Browser data: clear this site's data in your browser settings at any time.
- If you are in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share it.
Children
TEOM is intended for adults running an online business. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account and saved research until you delete your account, request records as long as needed to handle them, and server logs for 10 days. We protect data in transit with HTTPS and limit access to it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on the site.
