These terms apply to TEOM, the Etsy research tool available at teomcloud.com ("TEOM", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What TEOM does
TEOM helps Etsy sellers research products, keywords, prices and competition using public Etsy data, and offers tools such as tracking and AI-assisted listing drafts. Sales and revenue figures shown in TEOM are estimates based on public signals, not Etsy's own numbers. Use them to compare and decide, not as guarantees.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own Etsy shop, listings and decisions, and for following Etsy's rules.
- Text generated by TEOM is a starting point. You are responsible for checking it and for making sure your listings are original and accurate. Don't use TEOM to copy other sellers' work.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no unlawful use.
3. Your data
We keep only what we need to make navigation better and to let you sign in. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why, the providers we use (Etsy, OpenAI, Google Fonts) and your rights. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Early access and paid plans
TEOM is free to use during early access. Prices shown on the site apply only once paid plans launch, and you will never be charged without first choosing a plan and agreeing to its terms, including how it renews and how to cancel.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from the Unsubscribe page or by emailing contact@teomcloud.com. We confirm cancellations by email.
6. Deleting your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and all data linked to it from the Unsubscribe page or by email. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Under data protection law (GDPR) you can also ask to access, correct or export your data, or object to how it's used, by writing to contact@teomcloud.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
7. Etsy
The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
8. Liability
TEOM is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or any sales result. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on estimates shown in TEOM.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the site.
